{"id":235,"date":"2025-02-26T21:14:13","date_gmt":"2025-02-26T21:14:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bullcreekfoundation.org\/?page_id=235"},"modified":"2025-02-28T22:31:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T22:31:34","slug":"bull-creek-foundation-general-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bullcreekfoundation.org\/index.php\/bull-creek-foundation-general-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Bull Creek Foundation General Information"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Bull Creek Foundation is an all-volunteer non-profit organization established in 1994.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We promote and encourage a balance between nature, recreation and development in a unique and treasured 32-square mile watershed in northwest Travis County.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Bull Creek watershed is home to the endangered Golden-Cheeked Warbler and four of the six endangered cave invertebrates protected by the Balcones Canyonlands Conservation Plan. Threatened species include the Black-Capped Vireo and the Jollyville Plateau salamander.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We manage a 40-acre parcel known as the Stenis Tract located along Bull Creek per an agreement with the City of Austin\u2019s Water Quality Protection Lands department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are partners with several organizations, including the Austin Parks Foundation, Keep Austin Beautiful, Girl Scouts of America, Generation Serve, and A Rocha USA.
