No wildflowers tonight. Bull Creek Foundations’ No wildflowers tonight.  Bull Creek Foundations’s City Nature Challenge hike schedule for tonight, Friday April 28 is cancelled due to severe weather.  It’s supposed to be nice this weekend so enjoy Bull Creek then and you can still participate in the City Nature Challenge.
Scott Johnson, a longtime Austin environmental adv Scott Johnson, a longtime Austin environmental advocate, recently let us know he will be hosting a fundraising event later this month. One goal of the event is to replace a sign on R.M. 2222 near McNeil Drive that read “Inside Bull Creek Watershed / Environmentally Sensitive Region.” The fundraiser will be held at the Alamo Drafthouse Mueller and includes a screening of Chasing Coral, a documentary that explores the rapid disappearance of coral reefs. If your debris clearing muscles are still toned, join us for a workday next Saturday to clear the trail at the Stenis tract.
